Printer and Copier Service

5K Laser Products specializes in complete service and supplies for most brands of laser printers and copier equipment. Service is also available for fax machines and scanners. Many of our customers request our service even for products still under warranty -- we provide on site service, eliminating the down time while the product is shipped to and from the factory for service.

Founded and run by technical specialists, all 5K Laser Products service technicians have extensive experience on many manufacturer's models and have provided quality service for small and large companies across the Texas Hill Country Area, as well as local & state government agencies.

Service is available 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with technicians dispatched according to the order in which service requests are received. Typically response to calls is initiated within a few business hours. Service may also be available outside this time frame with advance notice or, for an additional charge, response time may be guaranteed within four business hours. Depending on the equipment and customer needs, service can be structured either to include regular maintenance plus repair as needed on a contract basis, or service/repair on a straight "time and materials" basis.
